Ages 4-12
Non-Contact
Join the youth of Norfolk County in a non-contact intro to rugby where our coaches teach the basics of rugby: running, passing and agility - through fun and engaging games and activities. Players also learn the joy of teamwork through positive reinforcement.
This group will train 6:30pm Wednesday evenings at Waterford District High School OR 5:30pm Thursday evenings at McKinnon Park Secondary School in Caledonia with the option to compete in festivals and tournaments.

Rookies
Ages 11-12
Intro to Contact
Moving up from Minis is our U12 'intro to contact' team. Coaches teach safe contact skills as well as game based skill training, all in a fun friendly environment.
This group will train Wednesday evenings, 6:30pm-7:30pm at Waterford District High School. They will have the opportunity to compete in games and festivals as well.

Juniors
Boys or Girls Ages 13-18
Full Contact
We offer girls teams and boys teams playing 15 a side rugby in various age divisions (U14, u16, and u18). This group will participate in full contact skills training and games, as well as game based skills training.
The junior programs will train Monday and Thursday evenings from 5:30pm-7:00pm at Waterford District High School. Games typically will be Wednesdays or weekends.

Senior Women

Returning, new, or old to the game; there’s a spot for you on our team! If you are looking for fun, fitness and a fantastic social environment - come and join our women's team!
Women will train Mondays and Thursdays at Waterford District Highschool from 6:30pm-8:00pm, with games on Saturdays.

This hard hitting group of guys is looking to recruit the men of Norfolk County to assist in another successful season! Come and find out what you're made of - and make lifelong friends in the process. We are a fun and social group of guys - great for having fun and challenging yourself while staying active.
The Men will train Mondays and Thursdays at Waterford District Highschool from 6:30pm-8:00pm, with games on Saturdays
