Introducing Harvesters Rugby at Caledonia

We are excited to announce that the Norfolk Harvesters will be offering Rookie Rugby (ages 5-12) in Caledonia!

Rookie Rugby is an intro to rugby where our coaches teach the basics of rugby: running, passing and agility – through fun and engaging games and activities. This is a great activity for children of all skill levels to have fun and be active.

Harvesters Rugby at Caledonia will be run by volunteer Gareth Holloway, who had this to say: “Rugby will help young athletes in Caledonia grow through fun, teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship. Let’s bring a positive, inclusive sport to our community and inspire the next generation to learn, lead, and love the game.  ”

Practices will be held at MacKinnon Park Secondary School on Thursdays starting in May – see website Minis page for more info!

All registered players will be able to attend in either Waterford or Caledonia, or both if they just can’t get enough rugby!
